This machine is a fully automatic machine to produce the outside ear loop &inside ear loop face mask .

The procedure is from raw material feeding,ear loop welding&nose wire welding to finished product.

No need hand operation at all.

The face mask making machine is the auto equipment which be used to the product of disposable face masks, be suitable for the material of non-woven fabric from 1~5layers. The face mask machine will finish all the processing from the feeding to nose-clip fixing, edge sealing, cutting the finished products automatically.

This machine automatically assembles 3 layers of non-woven (more upon request) through the following operations:

– Unwinding of the non-woven webs

– Cutting and positioning of the nose bar

– Welding and cutting of the mask

– 90° rotation of the mask

– Placing and welding of the elastic

This process is continuous, and the product parameters are automatically controlled.
