Within 1 year, we provide free replacing accessory or complete new products for non-human damaged products (Customers only need to show the photos for us to confirm, no need to return the products back).
二.About Transportation and Freight
Our company cooperate with some major logistics and express delivery companies, we will choose the best transportation for customers according to their order quantity. So that can improve the speed of delivery and minimize the cost.
Our long-term cooperated companies are UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, EMS and many other air companies.
Our basic rules of choosing transportation are as follows:
1) For Small order, Using Express (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, EMS), customer can choose the best one he thinks, if customer don’t choose, we will choose one which we think the best for customer.
2) For Large order, Usually Using Air Companies, if customers would like to use Express, we also can use it.
3) Shipment fee charge, usually we will tell customer detailed shipment fee according to detailed order, then customer pay all(goods amount +shipment fee).
If customer have own express account or would like to pay shipment fee by themselves, customer only need to pay the goods amount.
But we suggest customers pay shipment fee, we can choose the best shipping company, so that can save a lot shipment fee for customers, because we can get a lot discounts from shipping company.
三. About Expense of Custom Clearance
Usually we make a lower total value when we are doing commercial invoice, so that can help customers to pay less or be exempted from customs duties when they are doing custom clearance. If the customers need to make commercial invoice according to their requirements, please tell us especially, we will do it according to customers’ requirements.
四.About Minimum Order
Our company has no requirements on minimum order, customers can decide the model, specification and quantity by themselves.
五.About Discount Policy:
Our discount policy is made by the total payment of customer’s order, detail discounts according to detail order.
六.About Order Process
1)Download the purchase order form on our website(download address: http://), fill in the model, specification and quantity which you want to order, send email to info@cntoptree.com by email, after we receive the email, our company will make a specific proforma invoice for customer during 1 working day, customers can do the payment when receive the proforma invoice. Please notify us after you do the payment, after we receive the fund, we will send the products within the specified time, the tracking number will be provided for customer to track the products after we send out the products.
2)No need to download the order form, tell us the model, specification, quantity and delivery way which you want clearly in your email, send email to info@cntoptree.com, after we receive the email, our company will make a specific proforma invoice for customer during 1 working day, customers can do the payment when receive the proforma invoice. Please notify us after you do the payment, after we receive the fund, we will send the products within the specified time, the tracking number will be provided for customer to track the products after we send out the products.
